If you have not done either [especially #2] I will not be adding you.
Reason: "This is now a friends only journal. Yesh, I had several icon steeling incidences [more than I thought I'd get in 3 months of just opening] SO, you have to add this journal and comment in the post to see. I will with no doubt add you if I see that you are giving credit to the icons you have currently, if you're not, then I won't add. Very simple, ne?" [basically what I just stated]
